PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Cavalli is a villa with private swimming pool in Le Marche region in Vallefoglia, a town located a few km from the beaches of Pesaro and the treasures of Urbino. Thanks to its peculiar position guests can visit the main attractions and beauties of the region, from the Adriatic coast to Le Marche hills, passing through the characteristic historic villages. The property offers a large garden with centuries-old olive trees and a porch with barbecue area equipped for al fresco dining. During the stay it is possible to admire the owner’s horses, one of his main passions and recurring theme in the furnishings. The pool is with salt water.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with large windows and TV area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area. On the same level is another living room with a double sofa bed, from which you access to a twin room (beds can be joined on request) with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin room (beds can be joined on request). An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a study area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. From the study area and from one of the double bedrooms it is possible to access a shaded terrace.

The town of Vallefoglia is located in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in Le Marche region. The territory is characterized by typical productions including oil, wine and cheese. Moreover, it boasts a strategic position being at the center of the best attractions of the area where many events take place throughout the year. To name a few, it is possible to reach Pesaro, the seat of the Rossini Opera Festival and a well-known seaside resort; Urbino, the center of the Italian Renaissance as well as a UNESCO heritage site and Fano, famous for one of the oldest carnivals in Italy. Montefabbri, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy is also worth a visit.
Zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Cavalli!
Wir haben alles wie beschrieben angetroffen: Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung mit sehr praktikabler Zimmerverteilung, einem großzügigen Wohnraum, einer ebenfalls großzügigen Küche und einem herrlichen Pool (sogar für Nichtschwimmer geeignet). Besonders schön die Beflanzung rundum, Pinien, Oleander, alte Olivenbäume mit nächtlicher Beleuchtung. Jeden Morgen perfekte Reinigung des Pools, den Wäschwechsel muss man selber vornehmen, es sind aber genügend Handtücher vorhanden (leider keine Geschirrtücher). Super WLAN (mit Alexa) im Haus! Sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Pearo, Urbino. Rimini und San Marino. Besonders gefreut hat uns die überaus herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch den Hausbetreuer Andrea, der für uns gute Tipps hatte.

Wir haben mit insgesamt 9 Personen zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Cavalli nahe Urbino verbracht. Das Haus war in sehr gutem Zustand, sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit DH Villas war einfach und sehr nett. Der Pool war ein Traum, wurde jeden morgen gereinigt und die Temperatur war trotz Hitzewelle immer perfekt kühl und erfrischend. Wer sich für Pferde (insbesondere PRE) interessiert, wird viele liebevolle Details in Haus und Garten entdecken. Eine Oase abseits vom Trubel und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Urbino, Pesaro, Cattolica und Rimini, wenn man mobil ist und gerne etwas unternimmt. Supermärkte und besonders nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und teilweise sogar fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind bestens erholt und dankbar, dass wir hier Zeit verbringen konnten. Wir empfehlen das Haus ohne Einschränkung gerne weiter.

We had the special private chef from L’Enosteria which we can certainly recommend. Great food, wine and off course cooking.
Pesaro is a nice place for family beach holidays with good to great restaurants. We had definitely a great holiday in house Cavalli and the area. Also great 👍🏼 for Andrea and the DH team that were always available and helpful

We had a wonderful time at Villa Cavalli. Andrea and the villa owner Vittorio were excellent hosts. The Villa was lovely and really lived up to the pictures. Very rustic chic but with modern amenities. The grounds and swimming pool were stunning and surrounded by olive and Italian Cypress trees. We really enjoyed cooking outside in the bbq area. I would highly recommend this Villa for a secluded family holiday. Urbino is just a 20 minute drive away if you want visit for the day or dine out. We also visited San Marino to watch the Mille Miglia cars pass through. Thank you for making our stay so special. Grazie Mille!

Villa Cavalli in Cappone is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The garden is stunning and beautifully maintained, creating a serene and picturesque environment. The interiors are unique and charming, reminiscent of a cozy hunting lodge, which adds to the overall charm of the villa. The pool is fantastic, offering a great place to relax and cool off. Additionally, the local restaurants and attractions enhance the experience, making Villa Cavalli a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The only issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi, but it did not significantly impact our stay.
