PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – If you are looking for a place where to experience the beauty of nature, Villa Meer is definitely the one for you. In the tranquility of Le Marche region, between the beach resorts of Fano and Pesaro, this charming property with swimming pool and hot tub will leave you breathless for its surrounding landscape. Perched on a hill, the villa gives an amazing view over the valley up to the sea on the horizon. Thanks to its peculiar position, you can relax at the countryside while enjoing the entertainment and cultural wonders of the area. From the villa you can easily reach the beaches, summer stages of numerous events, rich clubs and excellent fish restaurants. Surrounded by a garden full of plants and completely fenced-in, Villa Meer offers maximum hospitality in its outdoor areas. The salt water swimming pool with hydromassage corner and Roman steps entrance is the perfect setting to admire panoramic sunsets on the Adriatic coast. At the guests’disposal a comfortable solarium area with shower and sun loungers, a covered veranda equipped with tables, chairs, kitchen and barbecue. The outdoor spaces are completed by a hot tub, tennis table and terrace furnished with tables and chairs to spend every moment of the day. An electric car charging station is also present.
The property is on three levels, two of which overlooking the garden. The main floor consists of an equipped kitchen and a bright living area with fireplace. From here, through a large sliding glass door, you can access to the covered terrace with its wonderful view over the sea. The floor is completed by a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with an open space area (low ceiling) with two single beds, suitable for teenagers/children, a double bedroom with shower and private bathroom. From the main floor, an internal staircase leads to the lower floor in rustic style and with direct exit to the garden. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, billiard area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
Amazing experience, the house is really thought through and has everything we needed and even more. A lot of shadow at the territory allowed us to stay outside even in the hottest hours and enjoy the spectacular view. Our host Rosella provided us with plenty of information about nearby restaurants and beaches and was extremely kind assisting us with a medical emergency.

We spent a week at this incredible villa at the end of May and beginning of June, and it was truly unforgettable. The property is modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and sea. We spent hours relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi, enjoying the peace and privacy of the yard, which is meticulously maintained by a landscaper who comes by each morning to clean the pool. He was incredibly kind and even brought us fresh eggs from the chickens on the property!
We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children, and the villa was extremely comfortable and perfectly suited to our needs. Its location is ideal—just between Fano and Pesaro, two charming towns full of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
Rossella, the housekeeper, was always available and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had.
We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Wir haben 14 Tage Ende April 2025 in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Es gehört zu den besten ausgestatteten Häusern, die wir je angemietet haben. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus war bei unserem Empfang blitze blank sauber, kein Krümel in irgendeiner Ecke oder auf der Terrasse. Alles war wirklich super gepflegt, super sauber und total neu. Jedes Detail auch in der Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden. Von gefiltert Wasser über Smoothie, Mixer, Sandwich, Maker, Mikrowelle, Dampfgarer Backofen, alles, was das Herz begehrt. Uns wurde auch noch ein neuer Grill zur Verfügung gestellt, der draußen bei dem herrlichen Pavillon für zahlreiche schöne Grillabende gesorgt hat. Rossella und auch die Eigentümerin sind sehr bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und alle Dinge sofort zu lösen. Sehr angenehm fanden wir auch, dass fast jedes Fenster mit Mückengittern versehen war, jeder Raum eine Klimaanlage hat, die Betten waren von exzellenter Qualität, gleiches gilt für Decken Auflagen Handtücher und allem was vorhanden war. Sehr gastfreundlich war auch der Empfang mit einer italienischen Spezialität, Käse, Wurst, zwei Flaschen Wein, Wasser, selbst gemachter Marmelade und einem hervorragenden Olivenöl, was wir den ganzen Urlaub über genossen haben. Jeden Morgen kam Eduardo und hat sich um das Grundstück gekümmert. Wir durften die Hühner füttern und in unserer Zeit des Aufenthalts auch die frischen Eier genießen.
Besonders hat uns der schöne Blick aufs Meer gefallen, die Nähe zu den beiden netten Städtchen, Fano und Pesaro, die wir auch reichlich mit dem Fahrrad aufgesucht haben. Das Haus hat eine ideale Ausgangslage für jegliche Aktivitäten, sehr angenehmes, auch, dass es eingezäunt ist, so dass unser vierbeiniger Freund das Grundstück nicht verlassen konnte. Sehr entspannte Tage, vielen lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
