PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Gea is a modern private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region, just 12 km far from Urbino, one of the most important centers of Italian Renaissance and declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Built in 2023, the villa has a contemporary, linear style, with essential spaces but equipped with all comforts. Plunged in the greenery and tranquility of Le Marche countryside, this villa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, enjoying the beautiful salt water infinity pool overlooking the surrounding landscape. The building consists of two units on three levels, both for the exclusive use of the guest, which makes it perfect for two families who want to spend the holidays together while keeping their privacy. A dominant feature of the interiors is the large windows, which in addition to making the spaces bright, give a natural continuation with the outdoor landscape. Guests have access to two large porches, equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to have al fresco dinings and enjoy pleasant moments in company. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a table tennis for funny challenges. A few steps from the villa there is a lovely farmhouse where you can taste the typical local cuisine and go horseback riding, even with children. The proximity to the town center with the main services and sports facilities including padel, tennis courts and riding school make this property suitable for every type of guest.
The property consists of two units on three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom (beds can be divided as twin bedroom upon request) overlooking the living room on the lower floor. The other unit, always set on three floors, consists of a kitchen with dining area and direct access to the garden and porch, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is an open space area with two single beds (which can be joined as double bed upon request), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The upper mezzanine floor consists of a double bedroom overlooking the open space area with the two single beds. All property rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can park their cars inside the property near the entrance.

Fermignano plays host to several events every year, most notably the Palio of the Frog, a historical tournament dating back to XVII century and taking place on the first Sunday after Easter. Frogs are the undisputed stars of the festival and have to face a run of about 170 metres aboard a wheelbarrow guided by a knight. The race is preceeded by a parade with local people wearing beautiful costumes. During the event there are also markets, street performers, firework displays and tastings of typical products. By the end of the summer, on the first Sunday of September the Grand Prix of 19th century Penny Farthing takes place. Because of its uniqueness, this event is known throughout Italy and abroad. It is a race between 7 town districts that compete along a 3 km path riding beautiful old bicycles. In addition to the race, the town is enlivened by shows, exhibitions, parades, food stands and markets.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles sauber, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. praktisch fanden wir die zwei separaten Wohneinheiten, ideal für Familien oder Freunde, die gemeinsam reisen und dennoch etwas Privatsphäre möchten. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen und ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Man ist ganz für sich und stört niemanden, ideal für alle, die Entspannung und Ruhe suchen. Trotzdem ist alles da, was man braucht: voll ausgestattet, gepflegte Außenanlagen und ein schöner, erfrischender Pool, der an heißen Tagen genau richtig ist. Die Besitzer waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben auf jede Anfrage schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief reibungslos und angenehm – schnelle Antworten, immer freundlich. In der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es ein leckeres Restaurant, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Het agency dat het huis beheert voor de eigenaar is niet klantvriendelijk. Spijtig genoeg niet de italiaanse gastvrijheid die je bvb wel ervaart als je boekt in de bovenliggende agriturismo. We werden redelijk kordaat aangemaand om een zelf te printen formulier met alle paspoortgegevens op voorhand in te vullen. Vuilnis mocht ook niet in de vuilnisbakken op de parking gelaten worden, maar moest met de auto naar het dorp gebracht worden (15 min rijden), vermits de vuilbakken op 10 min rijden steeds vol waren. Niet acceptabel eigenlijk als je 200 euro betaalt voor de eindschoonmaak.

We stellen het altijd op prijs wanneer gasten de tijd nemen om hun ervaring te delen, ook als die enkele kritische punten bevat.
Het spijt ons oprecht te horen dat je het gevoel had dat ons agentschap niet voldoende aandacht had voor de behoeften van de klant.
Als een team dat gespecialiseerd is in vakantieverhuur doen wij elke dag ons best om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gasten zich ondersteund en goed verzorgd voelen tijdens hun verblijf.
Met betrekking tot het formulier dat je voor aankomst moest invullen, willen we graag verduidelijken dat dit geen intern document van ons is, maar onderdeel van de online check-in die verplicht is volgens de Italiaanse wet. Als gastheren zijn wij wettelijk verplicht om de paspoortgegevens van alle gasten te verzamelen en deze te registreren bij de lokale politie (Questura) vóór of op het moment van aankomst. Dit is een standaard veiligheidsprocedure in heel Italië en wordt op dezelfde manier toegepast in hotels, agriturismo’s en vakantiehuizen.
Wat betreft het afvalbeheer: het is belangrijk om te weten dat alle gasten tijdens hun verblijf zelf verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afvoeren van hun afval. Dit staat duidelijk vermeld in het huisreglement en is een gebruikelijke praktijk in de meeste zelfstandige accommodaties in Italië. De eindschoonmaakkosten dekken de professionele schoonmaak van de woning na het uitchecken, maar niet het verwijderen van afval van de gasten. Dit moet regelmatig gebeuren om te voorkomen dat er dieren of insecten worden aangetrokken. Tot slot willen we verduidelijken dat de richtlijnen voor afvalverwerking worden vastgesteld door de eigenaren van de woning, terwijl het agentschap—binnen de coördinerende rol—ervoor zorgt dat deze richtlijnen worden nageleefd.
We doen altijd ons best om actuele informatie te geven over de dichtstbijzijnde inzamelpunten, en het spijt ons als de containers in de buurt tijdens jouw verblijf vol waren—helaas hebben wij daar geen invloed op.
We willen erop wijzen dat er binnen een straal van 3 km van de woning andere inzamelpunten beschikbaar zijn.
Nogmaals dank dat je voor onze accommodatie hebt gekozen. We zijn blij dat je alsnog hebt genoten van de schoonheid van het huis, de omliggende natuur en je tijd in Italië.

We spend a wonderfull week af Villa Gea with our family. The villa offers a great place for a family gathering: in the house, at the terraces or around the pool.
Real life is matching the pictures, even better. Contemporary design, wel equipped; in the middle of beautifull nature, adventure road to get there. Unfortunately we had no time to have diner at the neighboring restaurant.
One needs to realize that the house has an open structure, and that thus half of the bedrooms are not fully private.

Fantastisk hus med flott bassengområde. Pent innredet, som å bo i et interiørmagasin. Stedet var rent og pent. Villaen ligger tilbaketrukket til med en fantastisk utsikt over marker og daler. Ca 8-10 min å kjøre til sentrum. Veiene er av varierende kvalitet. Det er i midlertid gangavstand (5min) til Agriturismo restaurant med veldig god mat, fin atmosfære, flott utsikt og lokal mat. Verten svarte raskt på spørsmål og vi fikk direktekontakt via alternativ kommunikasjonsapp for rask kommunikasjon. Selv da vi fikk strømbrudd sent på kvelden fikk vi raskt hjelp.
