ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, surrounded by a green hill landscape at only 4 km from the Adriatic Coast. The house location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays while having the chance to experience the local lifestyle of Fano, a lively sea resort rich in events and shows especially during summer season. The property is completely fenced-in and surrounded by a large and well groomed garden, where ornamental plants and century-old olive trees grow ensuring the highest privacy and discretion. The outdoor living area includes a comfortable porch equipped with tables and chairs, two gazebos with tables, sofas and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal grill and wood oven, a hammock and a beautiful heated pool with Roman stair entrance and safety cover. Guests have access to a fitness room and sauna with scented aromas.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
We have been fortunate to stay at Villa Alis three different times. It has always been an absolutely perfect experience. The Villa and it’s property are wonderful. Marco and Melissa work very hard to ensure that all of their guests have an absolutely perfect holiday. Thank you again for our wonderful memories.
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Villa Alis und hatten wieder einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Die Villa ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Ausblick, die Nähe zum Meer und den Sehenswürdigkeiten machen die Villa Alis zu einem perfekten Ferienhaus. Marco steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hilft wo er kann. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in der Villa Alis.
Das Haus lässt definitiv keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war auf im April angenehme 29 Grad erwärmt. Dazu Whirlpool und Sauna, ein Pizzaofen für die richtige Portion Italianità und viele weitere Annehmlichkeiten (Fitnessraum, Waschmaschine, zwei Küchen etc.). Für 8 bis 10 Personen hat es mehr als genug Platz. Es fehlt an nichts, die Unterkunft ist auch sehr sauber und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Das Highlight ist aber Marco, der Betreuer vor Ort. Immer hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hätten gut und gerne noch länger bleiben können.
Tipp: Ausflug nach San Marino einplanen! Zudem hat es viele schöne Weingüter in der Umgebung.
We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful oasis surrounded by olive trees and all possible amenities. It meets every expectation shown on the website. It is beautifully decorated, clean and cared for. DH Villas staff were professional and efficient. Marco, was the very best host and concierge! He is knowledgeable, attentive and very kind; he made everyone feel at home. We were 6 adults and every one of us wishes we could buy this villa … or at least return in the near future!!
