ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, surrounded by a green hill landscape at only 4 km from the Adriatic Coast. The house location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays while having the chance to experience the local lifestyle of Fano, a lively sea resort rich in events and shows especially during summer season. The property is completely fenced-in and surrounded by a large and well groomed garden, where ornamental plants and century-old olive trees grow ensuring the highest privacy and discretion. The outdoor living area includes a comfortable porch equipped with tables and chairs, two gazebos with tables, sofas and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal grill and wood oven, a hammock and a beautiful heated pool with Roman stair entrance and safety cover. Guests have access to a fitness room and sauna with scented aromas.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
Das Haus und die Anlage sind toll. Wir waren mit drei Pärchen und z.T Kinder dort und haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und es gibt so viel Platz um das Haus herum, dass man selbst da viel machen kann (Badminton etc. spielen). Großer Vorteil, man ist echt für sich und keiner kann über irgendeinen Zaun schauen. Die Pavillons sind wunderschön ebenso wie der Whirlpool. Alles in allem sehr zum empfehlen. Der Ort direkt am Haus (man muss halt den Berg runter) ist klein, aber man kann trotzdem die wichtigsten Dinge kaufen (Lebensmittel etc.) oder sich auch eine Pizza bestellen.
Hello,for the overall judgment we can give a big 4. Why not 5? Well everything was great, just some minor points : the rooms were a little bit small, the bathroom upstairs was outdated and small for 5 persons. only one socked (problem If you have 5 electric toothbrushes). But for the rest, good enough equipped kitchen, everything was clean, a very, very nice garden. The owners were very polite and very helpful. We just had to ask something and the day after it was done. we will certainly recommend this house to our friends. Also a big 5 for Dream Holidays. Thanks again and maybe till next year.
Das Haus ist sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet (große Schiebetürenschränke, gute Betten), auch die Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat prinzipiell auch alles was man braucht, allerdings sind die Ablagemöglichkeiten etwas wenig. Der Garten mit dem Pool und der Stereoanlage ist perfekt. Seit kurzem gibt es auch ein beheizbares Jacuzzi mit 4 Liegeplätzen auf der Terrasse. Das ist der perfekte Tagesabschluss, wenn man mit einem guten Drink im Whirlpool liegt.
Ein super Haus mit viel Platz drumherum. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind gut. Es gibt eine Musikanlage, um den Garten zu beschallen. Die beiden Pavillons mit der Sitzecke und der Hängematte sind optimal zum Entspannen.
