PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Surrounded by greenery and located just 4 km from the Adriatic coast, Villa Selene is a holiday home with private pool and sea view in Pesaro. The partially fenced property extends over a large garden with olive and fruit trees, where you’ll find a beautiful saltwater pool with Roman-style steps — perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. A furnished porch invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, with a barbecue ready for delicious grilled meals and a fire pit that sets the mood for evenings spent chatting under the starry sky. For moments of fun with family or friends, there’s also a table tennis available. The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the area: from the beaches of Pesaro to the wild coastline of Fiorenzuola di Focara, with stops at the many local fish restaurants and on to historic villages such as Gradara, the art city of Urbino and the Republic of San Marino. In every season, Villa Selene captures the authentic atmosphere and colors of Le Marche countryside, just a short distance from the sea.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, laundry area, a well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the garden and a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the sea-view porch. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom (convertible into a double bed upon request) with direct access to the back garden. On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.

Die Villa Selene ist ein komfortables Ferienhaus mit ansprechender Einrichtung, einem großen Platzangebot und technisch gut ausgestattet; der Pool wird gerade noch gebaut, danach ist das Anwesen sicherlich perfekt. Sieht man einmal davon ab, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Es gibt allerdings Klappläden aus Holz vor den Fenstern und Türen und bemerkenswert ist die Versorgung aller Bad- und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Fliegengitter, so dass man nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen kann. Uns hat vor allem die Lage begeistert mit einem unbeschreiblich tollen Blick auf Pesaro und das Meer. Als Ausgangspunkt sowohl für die Küstenorte als auch das Hinterland ist das Anwesen ideal gelegen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Evelina war perfekt und im Umgang wohltuend. Wir empfehlen das Quartier uneingeschränkt weiter.
Wir sind nach 4 Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Selene wieder zurück zuhause. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit 4 Wochen Sonnenschein und Temperaturen immer über 30 Grad. Die Villa Selene hat alles gehalten, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist: sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem was für einen anspruchsvollen und gepflegten Urlaub nötig ist. Wir haben alles sehr sauber angetroffen. Leider war der Swimmingpool noch nicht fertig, was wir vorher wussten, aber dem Haus natürlich noch mehr Urlaubsfeeling geben würde. Dafür hatte der Besitzer für unsere drei Kleinen einen kleinen Pool hingestellt. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am herrlichen Sandstrand. Zum Bummeln, Essen gehen und Shopping bieten sich Pesaro und unsere Lieblingsstadt Fano an. Hier findet man alles. Nicht vergessen das schöne Hinterland mit Urbino, die Grotte di Frassassi und ein Besuch auf einem Weingut. Es lohnt sich in den Marken Urlaub zu machen und die Villa Selene ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wenn der Swimmingpool fertig ist, dann ist die Villa Selene eine ideale Ferienvilla für wunderschöne Ferien!
