PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Surrounded by greenery and located just 4 km from the Adriatic coast, Villa Selene is a holiday home with private pool and sea view in Pesaro. The partially fenced property extends over a large garden with olive and fruit trees, where you’ll find a beautiful saltwater pool with Roman-style steps — perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. A furnished porch invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, with a barbecue ready for delicious grilled meals and a fire pit that sets the mood for evenings spent chatting under the starry sky. For moments of fun with family or friends, there’s also a table tennis available. The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the area: from the beaches of Pesaro to the wild coastline of Fiorenzuola di Focara, with stops at the many local fish restaurants and on to historic villages such as Gradara, the art city of Urbino and the Republic of San Marino. In every season, Villa Selene captures the authentic atmosphere and colors of Le Marche countryside, just a short distance from the sea.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, laundry area, a well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the garden and a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the sea-view porch. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom (convertible into a double bed upon request) with direct access to the back garden. On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. At the end of June, there is also the International Festival of the New Cinema (Mostra Internazionale del Nuovo Cinema), gathering films from unknown countries and authors. For children, in mid-June there is the White Midnight (la Mezzanotte Bianca) with games, shows and fun. Pesaro is also home to the Adriatic Arena and an exhibition center for concerts, conferences and conventions. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Selena 10 verbracht. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, besonders die grosse Küche ist toll, 2 grosse Kühlschränke und genügend Geschirr. Die einzelnen Zimmer haben Ventilatoren, was bei dieser Hitze unerlässlich zum Schlafen war. Der Garten ist gross mit Blick aufs Meer. Obstbäume, eine grosse Einfahrt und ein Pool. Diesem musste während unseres Aufenthalts ein Wasserwechsel unterzogen werden, bei welchem sich der Besitzer sehr bemüht hat, dass dies auch alles klappt. Praktisch waren genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden, ebenfalls ein Pingpongtisch
Gut zu wissen: Die nahgelegene Autobahn ist immer hörbar, man gewöhnt sich jedoch daran.
Alles hat bestens geklappt, Übergabe reibungslos, freundlicher Besitzer, welcher sich kümmert.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Selene, bellissima struttura con ampio giardino e una splendida vista su Pesaro.

Ottima sistemazione adatta anche per più famiglie, dotata di un giardino immenso e di una vista molto bella sul mare di Pesaro. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort utili a soddisfare ogni necessità. Se si vuole proprio trovarle un difetto è la piscina fuoriterra interrata in una struttura di legno anzichè una piscina fissa in muratura.
Wir haben die Villa in bestem Zustand vorgefunden. Die Begrüßung durch Lucca war perfekt, wir konnten Englisch mit ihm reden. Auch während der Woche wäre er immer bereit gestanden, wenn wir etwas gebraucht hätten.
Besonders geschätzt haben wir die schöne Ausstattung (Geschwirr, Bettwäsche, Sitzgelegenheiten, Waschmaschine,….). Herzlichen Dank dem Vermieter, ein solches Haus zur Verfügung zu stellen. Für unsere drei Kinder im Alter von 15, 12 und 10 Jahren waren der Pool, die große Rasenfläche und die Tischtennisplatte ideal.
Dass die Autobahn in Hörnähe ist, war uns bewusst und hat uns nicht gestört. Supermarkt “Conad” ist direkt am Orteingang in Pesaro und mit dem Auto in ca. 5min erreichbar.
