ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, surrounded by a green hill landscape at only 4 km from the Adriatic Coast. The house location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays while having the chance to experience the local lifestyle of Fano, a lively sea resort rich in events and shows especially during summer season. The property is completely fenced-in and surrounded by a large and well groomed garden, where ornamental plants and century-old olive trees grow ensuring the highest privacy and discretion. The outdoor living area includes a comfortable porch equipped with tables and chairs, two gazebos with tables, sofas and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal grill and wood oven, a hammock and a beautiful heated pool with Roman stair entrance and safety cover. Guests have access to a fitness room and sauna with scented aromas.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
We have booked the Villa Alis and the pictures in the internet showed a beautiful house. In the reality the house was even more beautiful! Everything was like we have expected it. Everything we needed about equipment was there, furthermore the house was clean and comfortable. The house owner was really nice and helpful, he was always attainable. The agency service was impeccable, every question was answered immediately. To put it in a nutshell: Everything was perfect, we would love to book our next holiday trough Dream Holidays again!
La casa è stato ottimo, e di ottimo qualita. Non ho visto mai una casa vacanze più bella di questa. E poi il proprietario e premuroso e molto gentile. Credo que lui fa tutto per un magnifico soggiorno. Mille grazie per una vacanza indimenticabile.
Unser Aufenthalt in Fano gestaltete sich von Anfang an äußerst angenehm. Beginnend bei der unkomplizierten Buchung und freundlichen, raschen Betreuung durch die Agentur, weiter zu dem wirklich famosen Haus. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit, das Haus ist nämlich wesentlich schöner und geräumiger als dargestellt. Wir waren schon in etlichen Ferienhäusern, diese war jedoch mit Abstand das Beste. Die Innen und Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war überkomplett. Sogar Kaffeekapseln wurden bereit gestellt. Der sehr bemühte Besitzer Marco umsorgt uns nicht nur mit div. Obstkörben und Wein, sondern war auch immer zur Stelle z. B. bei der Müllentsorgung. In Sachen Sauberkeit sind wir noch nie auf so einem hohen Niveau untergebracht gewesen. (Der Grillrost und der Kühlschrank sahen aus wie frisch vom Markt). Fano, der Starnd und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Die nahe Autobahn hat uns nicht ernsthaft gestört – dafür waren eben die Wege kurz. In Summe kann ich dieses Haus, aber auch die Agentur, nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wer ein Ferienhaus mit hohem Standard sucht wird es in der Villa Alis finden.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Villa Alis è stato decisamente meraviglioso! L’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la discrezione del proprietario, hanno reso tutto perfetto per noi e per il nostro cane. L’abitazione è davvero ricca di charme, ben pulita, con una cucina ben accessoriata. Il giardino è perfettamente curato e adatto a brevi passeggiate in tutta tranquillità per cane e padrone. Gode di un panorama rilassante a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Tutto è così ben strutturato per vivere all’aperto che rende la quotidianità dei pasti una gioia. Potersi rilassare sulle poltroncine sotto il gazebo la sera e chiacchierare fino a tardi, spegnere tutte le luci del giardino per osservare le lucciole, è stata un esperienza da non sottovalutare. La presenza della piscina, dalle dimensioni generose, permette fresche nuotate per poi poter poltrire alla ricerca della tintarella. Non manca niente, la presenza della vasca idromassaggio poi.. ha coronato piacevolmente la nostra esperienza per un relax totale. Per chi..adora fuggire ogni tanto al mare, la distanza in auto è davvero breve. L’agenzia sin dal primo contatto è stata disponibilissima e ben attenta alle nostre esigenze e non finiremo mai di ringraziare per averci consigliato questa soluzione.
