ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Alis is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, surrounded by a green hill landscape at only 4 km from the Adriatic Coast. The house location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays while having the chance to experience the local lifestyle of Fano, a lively sea resort rich in events and shows especially during summer season. The property is completely fenced-in and surrounded by a large and well groomed garden, where ornamental plants and century-old olive trees grow ensuring the highest privacy and discretion. The outdoor living area includes a comfortable porch equipped with tables and chairs, two gazebos with tables, sofas and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal grill and wood oven, a hammock and a beautiful heated pool with Roman stair entrance and safety cover. Guests have access to a fitness room and sauna with scented aromas.
The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor you find a cozy living room, kitchen, double bedroom connected with a bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of a small kitchenette, living room, double bedroom, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower. Outside near the main building there is a small independent dependance with a double bedroom (or twin bedroom with two single beds, upon request), bathroom with shower and laundry area. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.

There are lots of funny and exciting events organised in the city of Fano! In the weekends from the end of January till mid-February there’s the oldest and sweetest Carnival in the world, where sweets are the real protagonists, in addition to 16 metres high floats. The Carnival also has its summer version, which takes place just at few metres from the sea along Viale Adriatico, usually around the first week of August. Fano Jazz by the Sea is a leading national jazz event, taking place from mid-July until early August in various areas of the city. By the end of July there’s Fano of the Caesars, with parades in historical clothing, reconstruction of Roman camps and the chariot race, the highlight of the event. Throughout the summer, the seafront is enriched with evening streets markets and enlivened by concerts and touring shows. One of the most famous event is the Festival of Brodetto in the Lido area with food stands serving fresh seafood, cooking shows, concerts and entertainment. On the second Sunday of every month through the streets of the historic centre takes place the Antique Fair.
Villa Alis was just all that you wish for on a holiday, nice maintained property with all the equipement needed. The hospitality oft he owner was not only very good at the arrival but every time he came by for maintenance he got a little attention he brought with him. That was a man who know he world. I can not think of anything negative about the property itself.
Il soggiorno in villa Alis è stato magnifico, si tratta di una struttura che offre veramente qualsiasi comodità si possa desiderare (la piscina e l’ idromassaggio sono stati particolarmente graditi). Il paesaggio collinare che circonda la villa è suggestivo, soprattutto al tramonto; sicuramente una settimana trascorsa in questa struttura passa decisamente troppo in fretta! Ringrazio di cuore il vostro staff che è stato disponibile in qualsiasi momento! Il giudizio che mi sento di dare è 5.
Bonjour Un petit chemin d’accès un peu caillouteux sur 200 mêtres,mais Séjour très agréable . Propriétaire de très grande qualité professionnelle et humaine . Villa très fonctionnelle avec une excellente domotique ,dans un cadre idyllique .Ménage , entretien ancillaire sans aucune reproche .Région d’une richesse culturelle exceptionnelle (et culinaire) .Les Marchigiani sont accueillants et il semble que cette région a conservé sont particularisme,sans les inconvénients liés à un trop grand nombre de touristes. Les 13 invités de cette villa Alys , unanimement ,donnent une note de 4,7 / 5 .
Großes, sehr schönes Anwesen mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Familien zu 10 (je 2 Erwachsene und je 3 Kinder) und es war das erste mal, das beide Familien gleichwertig und mit ausreichend Platz untergebracht waren. Weitere 2 Personen hätten noch in der (schönen) Dependance untergebracht werden können, somit stimmte die Angabe von 12 Personen voll – und das ohne Notbetten! Das Anwesen ist toll, sehr groß und äußerst gepflegt, viele Olivenbäume, großer Pool und ein kleinerer Whirlpool, schöner Grill etc. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, z.B. haben unsere Kinder den Whirlpool intensiv genutzt und trotz vorherigem Duschen wurde das Wasser trüb. Ein kurzer Anruf genügte und das Wasser wurde – obwohl nicht vorgesehen – sofort komplett aus- und neu eingelassen.
Der einzige negative Kommentar betrifft die in der Nähe befindliche Autobahn, von der man überhaupt nichts sieht (man wird auch von keiner Seite eingesehen), deren Lärm aber doch zeitweise deutlich zu hören ist. Dennoch: absolute Empfehlung.
